  Help Desk Services

    Optic Fusion will dispatch our knowledgeable, friendly and dependable staff to your office to fix any IT problems. They work with you to find a solution and make sure that you are satisfied. Our staff can also troubleshoot and assist your over the phone or remotely from our 24x7 Network Operation Center. We also provide ongoing server monitoring and administration, hardware repair and upgrades, security audits, as well as general software and hardware recommendations. Optic Fusion's Help Desk services provide you the advantage of a trained and qualified IT professional available 24x7 for a low monthly or hourly price.

    Help desk services are available in monthly packages starting at $250 for four hours per month. Additional support is billed at our current hourly rate. Larger packages with as much as 30 hours per month of support are also available.
  •   Network Design and Installation

      Whether you have an existing network you need to upgrade or need a network designed and installed from scratch, Optic Fusion's qualified network professionals can provide a total network design installation package for a low set price. Project management and cable plant design installation are also available through our Design and Build group.

      Network design and installation project are provided under a project proposal with a set scope of work and a set price so you know exactly what your costs will be. Additional services are provided at our current hourly rate.
  •   Network Troubleshooting

      Whether you have an ongoing issue or an emergency network outage, Optic Fusion's qualified network professionals can provide around the clock support to fix your problems and get you back up and running. For ongoing issues, Optic Fusion can also setup extended monitoring of any network device, server, or application to determine the root cause of your problems and get it fixed for the last time.

      Network Troubleshooting is provided at our current hourly rate. Extended network monitoring is provided at a set monthly rate.
